OUR COMPANY
Service is our foundation.
Accountability is our promise.
NVT Industries brings a veteran’s sense of responsibility and a food-industry leader’s commercial perspective to the business of supply.
INCORPORATED IN 2019
A company built
around ownership.
The details behind a purchasing decision matter as much as the product itself.
NVT Industries Inc. is a New York State certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Mineola, on Long Island. Our approach begins with understanding the customer’s requirement, establishing clear commercial terms and taking responsibility for the work we accept.
Our Food Services Division puts those principles into practice through ingredient sourcing, purchasing and resale, and fulfillment coordination for government, institutional and commercial buyers.

LEADERSHIP
Direct access.
Personal commitment.
Nick Tsismenakis
Owner · U.S. Navy veteran
Nick brings U.S. Navy service, food-industry experience and more than 20 years of business management experience to NVT.
His experience in the food industry informs a practical understanding of the business behind a menu: ingredient choices, purchasing economics, operational demands and the importance of consistency. At NVT, he brings that perspective to the relationship between the buyer, the product and the people responsible for fulfillment.
A founding member of the New York Veterans Business Alliance, Nick has advocated for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, including before the Suffolk County Legislature. That commitment to opportunity and service continues in the company he leads today.
His background also includes work as a CPA—a supporting foundation for sound commercial judgment, careful planning and respect for a customer’s budget. Customers have direct access to the owner for the decisions that move a purchasing relationship forward.
OUR DIVISIONS

THE KITCHENS WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT
Real demands.
Practical answers.
Institutional foodservice is a balancing act: nourishing menus, controlled costs, dependable specifications and a receiving schedule that fits the operation. Our conversations start with those realities.
For correctional foodservice and government purchasing teams, we focus on product requirements, pack formats, quantities and documentation. For education, healthcare and commercial kitchens, we bring the same attention to menu needs and purchasing clarity.
