OUR COMPANY

Business with purpose.
Management with discipline.

NVT Industries was incorporated in 2019 with a foundation that remains central to our direction: service, responsibility and the value of doing the details well.

Today, our Food Services Division brings that approach to institutional and commercial food purchasing. We buy and resell ingredients and pantry products, taking responsibility for procurement and coordinating fulfillment against agreed customer requirements.

We believe a business partner should make the next step clearer. That means understanding the need, setting realistic expectations and staying accountable as the work moves forward.

DIVISIONS

A shared purpose.
A considered approach.

From the ingredients a kitchen depends on to the thinking behind supply and production, our direction begins with understanding the details that matter.

FOOD SERVICES

Good ingredients.
Personal accountability.

Every kitchen has its own rhythm, its own standards and its own purchasing priorities. Our Food Services Division brings commercial ingredients and pantry products together with a practical, attentive approach to supply. We begin with your requirements, clarify the products and packs, and work through pricing and fulfillment arrangements. From everyday essentials to ingredients that bring a menu to life, our commitment is to make each purchasing conversation clearer and each accepted order a responsibility we own.

LOGISTICS

Thoughtful movement.
Clear responsibility.

Our logistics vision begins with a practical question: how can products move from source to destination with fewer handoffs and clearer accountability? We aim to connect sourcing, storage planning and transportation around each buyer’s requirements. That thinking includes exploring established warehouse partners and foreign trade zone opportunities where appropriate. Transparent costs, disciplined coordination and careful planning are the principles behind this direction, shaping supply routes around what the customer needs and what makes commercial sense.

MANUFACTURING

Character in the blend.
Care in the details.

Our manufacturing vision starts with the ingredients that give a kitchen its character: spices, herbs and thoughtfully developed blends. We aim to connect product knowledge and sourcing relationships with useful preparation and packaging opportunities. From blend development to institutional pack formats, clear specifications and consistency guide the thinking. By evaluating production partners, quality controls and commercial demand, we can shape this direction around the choices buyers value and the practical requirements of bringing a product to market.

starts at the top.

Nick Tsismenakis

Nick brings U.S. Navy service, food-industry experience and more than 20 years of business management experience to NVT.

His leadership connects the discipline of military service with a practical understanding of the food business: understand the objective, respect the budget, document the decisions and follow through.

That perspective shapes our commitment to customers. Clear requirements, careful planning and direct owner access are the basis of how we intend to earn trust, one purchasing relationship at a time.
