Check supplier availability and prepare a quotation covering product, price, freight, lead time and agreed terms. Availability is confirmed per request.
Purchase and coordinate
After customer acceptance, purchase the agreed products for resale and coordinate fulfillment and shipment arrangements against the confirmed order.
Communicate through delivery
Maintain a direct owner contact for updates, supporting records and delivery coordination. Address exceptions against agreed requirements and supplier information.
